To keep your experience smooth and respectful for everyone, we kindly ask all clients of Drayee’s Body Care & Contouring to review the policies below before booking.

Booking & Deposits

A small non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment time. This amount is applied toward your service on the day of your visit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24–48 hours notice (set your exact window here). This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

• Cancellations with sufficient notice – deposit can be transferred to a new date.
• Same-day cancellations or “no-shows” – deposit may be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience you deserve. If you are late:

• Arrivals up to 10–15 minutes late – your treatment may be shortened so we finish on time.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late – your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a cancellation.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, this is considered a no-show. No-shows may result in:

• Loss of deposit
• Pre-payment required to book future appointments

Refunds

Because appointment times and equipment are reserved specifically for you, service fees and deposits are generally non-refundable once a treatment has been provided or packages have started.

We are committed to reviewing each situation with care. If you experience an issue, please contact us promptly so we can discuss options and support you.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our highest priority. Please share your full health history and update us about any changes before each appointment, including medications, diagnoses, or pregnancy. Certain conditions may require medical clearance or may mean a treatment is not appropriate at this time.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and safe environment, we ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you to your appointment unless previously discussed.
